If you are not completely satisfied with the sharpness or quality of our service, please let us know. We are more than happy to redo the sharpening at no additional cost to you. We aim to perfect your blades to your satisfaction, so don’t hesitate to reach out if a second attempt is needed.
Partial Refunds:
We strive for perfection, but if there remains an issue that you can live with and you’d prefer not to have us redo the work, we can negotiate a partial refund or offer a discounted future service. We value your happiness and comfort with our service, and we’re flexible in finding a solution that suits you.
Cancellation and Full Refunds:
If you have prepaid for our service but decide to cancel before making a booking, we understand that plans can change. We offer a full refund for such cancellations. Simply contact us, and we’ll process your refund promptly with no hassles. There may be a small percentage of up to 1.5% to cover credit card payment refund fees.
